All Sensation Ride saddles come standard with your choice of leather colors and textures- the seat and knee rolls are one color/texture, and the flaps/skirt/fenders are another.  You can choose any color combination you like from our stock colors listed below- coordinate or contrast, included in the price of the saddle (excludes Harmony Element- smooth leathers are an upgrade for this saddle- standard choices are suede leathers only).  Colored seat leathers may be available for an additional fee (red, blue, green, etc), ask about current pricing and availability of your favorite color!

Leathers are hand-selected and purchased in small lots, so availability of colors and textures may change- ask about current offerings.

FLAP LEATHERS:  Flap leathers are used on the flap, cantle, jockey, and pommel.

Black Nappa - This popular leather breaks in very easily leaving a very soft, yet durable, flap. The grain on this leather is slightly textured.

Black Stormy  - Our most popular leather, this hide gives a gentle oily grip to the rider, and offers a slightly firmer feeling.

Black Alpine- This leather is most comparable to traditional flap leather. Its smooth, sleek look is perfect for the show ring and for someone who wants a firmer feeling flap.

Brown Mountaineer Nubuck  -  This is a great leather for those looking for some grip on the flap of the saddle. Milk chocolate brown.

Brown Bullhide - This heavy flap is most comparable to Nappa, only thicker and in brown! A nice deep brown color, slightly textured.

Brown Glacier - A rich medium/dark brown color, this leather provides a soft oily grip, and breaks in easily.

Crazy Horse - This leather breaks into a distressed tan color. It has a light grip and is a popular choice for those who like a casual look.

Calico Coffee Bean- Almost a taupe color, this brown flap leather looks great on any horse.  Slight grip, smooth texture.

Boomer Brown- A real medium brown, this gentle grip, smooth flap leather matches well with brown deertan or contrasts well with other colors.

Hillfire Acorn-  This light tan leather has an almost nubuck-like finish to it, and matches best to Oak Bark or contrasts well with black, too!

Chieftan Aged Bark- Very similar to Crazy Horse, but in a distressed-looking deep brown tone.  Slight grip and texture.

Grizzly Peanut-  Also very similar to Crazy Horse, but in a distressed-looking medium brown tone with lighter variations.  Slight grip and texture.

SEAT LEATHERS  - These leathers are used on the seat, knee, and thigh roll of the saddle, and also the binding.

Black Deertan - our most popular choice, this buttery soft leather has a gentle grip and a low luster finish. Perfect for those who like a durable leather without compromising comfort.

Black Lambtan - the cousin of Deertan, this leather has a shinier finish and less grip, but is super soft to the touch. An excellent choice for those who want ultimate luxury!

Black Suede - a true dark black, suede is a great choice for a rider who wants lots of "stick" in the saddle.

Black Immersion Nubuck - Nubuck is a rough like suede, as it is a sanded smooth leather, so it doesn't have quite the "furry" texture of a suede, so is a great grip alternative, as it isn't quite as sticky as suede, but much grippier than smooth. Nubuck tends to wear a little stronger than suede. This nubuck is a charcoal black.

Brown Deertan - Just like the black Deertan, this dark chocolate brown is a very popular choice.

Brown Lambtan - Much like its black alternative, this brown is a bit more medium, and matches perfectly in color to Glacier.  Buttery and soft, it is also a very popular leather.

Brown Mountaineer Nubuck - this milk chocolate nubuck has a matching heavyweight leather, so can be used with that for a completely one toned saddle, or can be combined with any other leather.

Taupe - This light tan contrasts beautifully with a reddish flap or a black flap.

Stone - a medium grey, Stone also provides a great contrasting color.

Oak Bark - a lovely caramel color, this popular choice pairs really well with Crazyhorse or contrasting with black. Soft and gentle grip, this leather breaks in quickly and comfortably.

Red, Purple, Green, Blue, Pink, etc. - we often carry a wide range of these bright colors for those who want to add some pizazz to their tack. Match it with our great biothane products for a really cool matching effect, or consider ordering a "chameleon package" which includes a seat, stirrup tubes, and a handle cover for $100, so you can mix up your standard saddle parts with some fun colors!

Natural Chocolate Fleece - a standard seat option for the Sensation Harmony Element, this warm chocolate brown fleece pairs well with dark brown suede, Cement, taupe, or black.

Natural Tan Fleece - a standard seat option for the Sensation Harmony Element, this natural tan colored fleece pairs well with any color leather.

Seat foam options:

Poron foam- a medium firm slow recovery foam, 1/2" thick.  Ideal for almost everyone except tiny riders with hip prblems.

3/4" Blue Foam- a firm slow recovery foam muck like Skito foam, only softer- great for heavier riders, but will effectively shrink the size of your seat a tad- great for riders who like a snug seat

Grey 1/2" Foam- an immediate recovery foam that's thinner and ideal for riders who want the thinnest possible seat.

New!  1/2" Medium Soft Memory Foam- great for riders who prefer the softest, sinkiest-feeling seat, or those with hip troubles or wide horses

New!  1/2" Medium Memory Foam- soft but not too soft, a great choice if you're just not sure!
